Can I use WODIQ without Garmin or Apple Health?

Yes. You can plan goals and create workouts without a provider connection. Provider data mainly helps with history and context.

Where do I find saved workouts?

Go to Activities and look under Chosen trainings.

Why do screenshots look different from my app?

Screenshots use demo data and fixed web/mobile viewports. Your own data, platform, and language can differ.

What happens when AI generation is unavailable?

WODIQ keeps a deterministic fallback path, so workout generation can remain useful without external AI output.

How do I restart onboarding?

Go to Settings and select Restart tour.

How do I delete my account or data?

Go to Settings and choose Delete account and data. WODIQ v1 records a deletion request for your account or anonymous device session instead of instantly hard-deleting records.

How do I report AI-generated content?

Use Report AI content on generated workout, coach review, activity review, or manual analysis surfaces. The report uses a predefined reason and optional capped note.

Is this medical advice?

No. WODIQ provides training structure. Do not use generated workouts as medical advice and adapt sessions to your own situation.
