Settings is where you manage account status, data sources, usage limits, language, appearance, and additional management options.

Manage settings, usage, and integrations

Settings is where you connect data sources, check plan usage, adjust language or appearance, and restart onboarding.

Steps

  1. Open Settings from the navigation.
  2. Use Connections to review account and provider status.
  3. Use Plan and usage to check current limits.
  4. Use App settings to change language, appearance, or restart the tour.
  5. Open privacy policy or admin only when those options apply to your environment.

What You Should See

Settings should show which providers are connected, which features are available, and how much usage remains in the current period.

Tips

  • If provider sync looks stale, check the connection status here before troubleshooting workouts.
  • Use Restart tour when you want to see the onboarding screens again.
  • WODIQ v1 is free-only. Native app builds should not show purchase or upgrade links.
  • Use Delete account and data when you want WODIQ to record a deletion request for your current account or anonymous device session.

Connections

Open Settings and use Connections to check whether your account and providers are connected. A provider can be connected, planned, or not connected yet.

Plan And Usage

Plan and usage shows how many AI workouts and coach checks you used in the current period. WODIQ v1 does not include in-app purchases.

Account And Data Deletion

Settings includes a Delete account and data entry. In v1 this creates a support-reviewable deletion request; it is not an instant hard delete.

The request covers the current WODIQ account or anonymous device session, including sessions, provider connections, imported activities, generated workouts, reviews, goals, and training context. Some records may be retained only when required for legal, audit, fraud prevention, or billing evidence.

Restart Onboarding

Use Restart tour when you want to see the visual onboarding again. This does not change your training data.

Admin

The regular navigation does not show an admin icon. When the web variant supports admin access, the admin entry lives in Settings.
