Before You Start
- You can use WODIQ without connecting providers first.
- Provider connections such as Garmin or Apple Health are managed from Settings.
- Workout generation keeps a deterministic fallback path, so the app can still show useful output when AI generation is unavailable.
- Functional Fitness workouts can show coach guidance and RX/scaled movement options when those details are available.
- Goal planning can preview the first week and show a read-only full-cycle outlook before or after you save a goal.
- The screenshots below are generated with demo data. Your own workouts, activities, usage, and connected providers can differ.
Quick Start
- Open Training.
- Either enter a goal or choose a sport tile.
- Review the generated workout settings, or preview the goal cycle before saving a plan.
- Create the workout.
- Save the workout you want to do.
- Use Coach Review, Athlete, and Settings to get post-workout feedback, review training context, usage, and connections.
