Getting Started With WODIQ

This article helps new users understand what WODIQ does, which choices come first, and where to find things later.

Before You Start

  • You can use WODIQ without connecting providers first.
  • Provider connections such as Garmin or Apple Health are managed from Settings.
  • Workout generation keeps a deterministic fallback path, so the app can still show useful output when AI generation is unavailable.
  • Functional Fitness workouts can show coach guidance and RX/scaled movement options when those details are available.
  • Goal planning can preview the first week and show a read-only full-cycle outlook before or after you save a goal.
  • The screenshots below are generated with demo data. Your own workouts, activities, usage, and connected providers can differ.

Quick Start

  1. Open Training.
  2. Either enter a goal or choose a sport tile.
  3. Review the generated workout settings, or preview the goal cycle before saving a plan.
  4. Create the workout.
  5. Save the workout you want to do.
  6. Use Coach Review, Athlete, and Settings to get post-workout feedback, review training context, usage, and connections.

Main Areas

  • Training: create a goal-aware plan, preview the cycle, or generate a one-off workout.
  • Training result: review coach guidance, scaling, and workout blocks before saving.
  • Coach Review: review saved WODIQ workouts, log standalone workouts, and inspect imported sessions.
  • Athlete: manage equipment, limitations, and grouped personal records.
  • Settings: manage account, providers, usage, language, and appearance.
